Adam Baeira began his football playing career for the Fair Lawn Football Association. As a 2001 graduate, he played at Fair Lawn High School for coach Mike Alberque where he was an All-League performer. After graduation he went on to wrestle at Montclair State University, where he earned his bachelors degree, and was a two-year letter winner for coach Steve Strellner. He was a member of the 2003 Scholar All-American Team.
His football coaching career began in 2006 where he was an assistant coach, under legendary Coach Greg Toal, at Don Bosco Prep High School. In four seasons at Don Bosco, many teams featured All-League, All-County, All-State, and All-American performers where they won four State Championships along with being named 2009 National Champions by the USA Today Poll. During that span, DBP enjoyed a 47-1 record. The following season he served as an assistant coach at Becton Regional High School advancing to the North 2 Group 1 State
Semi-Finals. In 2011, he became an assistant coach at Hasbrouck Heights, under legendary coach Nick Delcalzo, where he currently serves as Offensive Coordinator. In seven seasons at Hasbrouck Heights, teams have combined for a record of 60-16 and have won 5 League Championships, 1 Conference Championship, and 3 State Championship appearances which include winning back to back North 1 Group 1 State Championships in 2016 and 2017. He recently served as offensive coordinator for the North in a 33-26 win over the South at the 2016 Bergen County All-Star Game.
He currently resides in Wallington with his wife, Maria, and 2 children, son AJ and daughter Olivia.
